Better

“Leave it better than it was before or at least the same.”

I heard this quote lately and I’m trying to apply it to my life. I want to make the world better and make a world worth living in. I think that the world starts to become better by individuals making themselves better because if every individual becomes better then the world becomes better, even if it’s just one individual being better. Being better might just mean asking for help or spending time with yourself, you are the only person you have to spend the rest of your life with, so learn about yourself.
